I believe that prayer starts the process of supernatural change but our actions mixed with faith complete the process. We need to be prepared to follow our prayers; there is no point praying for change if we are not prepared to be part of the work force that brings change.

Once we have prayed it is our responsibility to look for the harvest and work in the fields to see change happen. Our prayers of faith without action are dead! Many times people expect to see miracles without having to work but God is looking for co-labourers that will work with Him in the harvest field. He is calling for workers! We have sowed in prayer, so now we should get ready to reap the harvest.

Prayer Points.

• Take some time to consider what you have sowed in prayer. What harvest are you expecting to see from your prayers? Write this down.
• Ask God to refresh your expectation for harvest and declare the scripture Gal 6: 7-9. What you sow you will reap.
• Begin to ask God what practical action you should do to work with the harvest of your prayers.
• Ask God to show you the particular contacts that you have with people or organizations that could be God connections for the harvest. Pray for favor upon these relationships.
• Identify areas that you know need workers and begin to pray for the workers for the harvest field and be willing to go yourself!  Matt 9: 38 Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."
• Pray for the workers that are still needed for Soul in the City. Begin to ask people to sign up and do some promotion work!
• Ask that God will position the right people in the right place to do the right tasks. Like Jesus let people have the attitude  - John 4:34 "My food," said Jesus, "is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work.”
• Pray that a new urgency to get the task done will touch the church. No more delay! Pray a passion for work will come on the workers. John 4:35 Do you not say, 'Four months more and then the harvest'? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest.
• Pray for excellent team spirit among the workers and for all practical needs of finance and buildings to be answered.
• Pray for all the administration and co-ordination of the work force.  There will be no wasted resources but God will give great wisdom to the leaders.
